My client naturally had very little lip tissue to work with, making a little and often approach particularly important. Gradually building volume helps create a balanced, natural result while reducing the risk of migration

The first photo is my client’s lips before any filler, and the last was taken after her second treatment - this time using around 0.5ml

As you can see before her second treatment much of the filler from her initial appointment had settled by 6 months. First time filler clients’ results will settle much quicker than subsequent treatments where you can expect results to then last around the 12 month mark 🥰

Lip enhancements are not always for bigger lips, they’re often a way of correcting mild unevenness and to add definition. My client had previously had lip filler elsewhere which created a gap in the centre of her upper lip, known as a ‘keyhole’ look. We carefully placed filler to balance this out and create a more natural lip shape 👄

Home skincare
I want to scream this from the rooftops. Don’t be spending £££ on in clinic treatments if your home skincare isn’t tip top. Active ingredients are going to deliver a large proportion of your results. If you are a client of mine you will know, this is the first thing we get boxed off before discussing future facials.

In clinic treatments
Microneedling, chemical peels, polynucleotides, skin boosters. Think 80:20 - your home skin care should make up 80% and treatments 20%. You don’t work hard in the gym to go home and eat a takeaway. Don’t do the same with your skin. I tend to do my microneedling every 8-12 weeks with a chemical peel every now and then if my skin is needing a deep reset. Polys, skin boosters every 3-6 months.

Texture, lines, blemishes are normal. My skin doesn’t always look like this but it’s about knowing what products to use and when
