Hi, I’m Amy!
I’ve been in the industry for nearly 12 years now, and I’m so excited to be starting a fresh new chapter.

I’m a mummy to my little boy Robbie, who’s 5 and is High School Musical obsessed 🎤🕺
I’m married to my lovely husband Gary! We’ve been married nearly 7 years and together for 12 🙊
We also have our cocker spaniel Nancy, who’s 7 and may pop in to say hello during your appointments now and then🐶💕

Outside of work, I love the gym and running (I’ve done two marathons, two half marathons and training for more 🏃‍♀️) I love a good book, but I either read 10 books in a week or 1 book for 6 months 😂 literally no inbetween.
I am extremely lucky to have incredible friends and family!
You’ll sometimes find me with an Aperol in hand having a good sing and dance (especially to Cher Believe) 💃✨

I’ve recently made the decision to work from home again, allowing me to create a better work/life balance and a calm, one-to-one space that’s relaxed, personal, and completely tailored to each client.

A new chapter ✨
I’m officially moving ‘Amy Wilcox beauty’ back to a home-based studio!

This means a more intimate setting, one-on-one attention, and an even better experience for my clients.
I’ll still be doing all of the high-quality services you know and love. Plus I’ll be able to see our Robbie a lot more which I’m so excited about 💙

Location details will be sent after booking to keep things private but I am based in Rawtenstall 🤍

A few changes to my diary are coming!!

As of the middle of September these will be my new working hours!

I am trying to get more of a balance again - especially when it comes to being home in time for Robbie’s bedtime 💚 I’ve fallen into abit of a bad habit of three late nights which I wanted to avoid after having Robbie!

I’m so so incredibly lucky to be as busy as I am and I really appreciate every single person who comes to me! I’m the busiest I’ve ever been which makes me so so happy!! However there’s not a lot of wiggle room at the moment - especially for nail clients! Repeat appointments are getting so hard to make!

Therefore I have made the decision to currently close my diary to any new NAIL clients and to any new evening/weekend clients for the time being!

I’ll still have some daytime availability for new clients for ALL other treatments!!

There will still be times when I still post cancellation slots onto my stories for any one off appointments as and when they come about!

Thankyou so much for all your support always! It doesn’t go unnoticed or taken for granted! But hopefully by doing this all my existing clients can get in abit easier again and I can also branch out into doing some new treatments!

Also a huge thank you to the amazing girls at the salon! It’s been so amazing being back in a salon with my best friends! I bloody love you! You make coming to work an absolute dream!

I have big plans for work next year with Hopefully bringing some new treatments through the year 😍

But now for some incredibly needed time off with my family! I will be back in work on Thursday 5th January! Messages will be replied to on 4th! I’m fully switching this account off tonight until the new year to ensure a proper Christmas break!
