I’ve taken a little step back from work recently to focus on family life, slowing things down where needed and finding a steadier rhythm again. We also moved house at very short notice (without a removal company… never again 😅), so it’s been a full-on season.

I’m now easing back into work and reopening my diary for mobile massage.

A U G U S T 🌞
This month was all about family adventures and soaking up the outdoors. I tried camping for the first time—and loved it so much we went back again! ✨ There’s something so nourishing about being outside all day, grounding under the sun, and unwinding under the stars 🌿. It reminded me how important it is to step away from the usual stresses and really recharge.

I’ll definitely be making more space for this kind of calm and connection next year 💛
