Just a reminder my cancellation policy for December will be 5 days notice due to working extra and being the busiest time of year.

Reminder that as of Monday all appointments require 5 DAYS notice if cancelling or changing an appointment to avoid being charged.

My cancellation policy will be different during Christmas time due to me working extra hours to fit everyone in. Therefore most clients are already sorted for Christmas so it can sometimes make this harder for me to fill a slot due to the extra hours I am working. In order for me to be able to keep my prices reasonable I have to put a cancellation/no show policy in place.
