You don’t need to train every day to see results. 💪

If you’re a beginner, start with 2 strength workouts per week (choose any 2 workouts from my YouTube channel). Focus on building consistency first.

Progression idea:
✔ Month 1: 2 workouts/week
✔ Month 2: 3 workouts/week
✔ Month 3+: 4 workouts/week

Mix your workouts throughout the week:
🏋️ Full Body
🏋️ Upper Body
🏋️ Lower Body
🏋️ Glutes
🏋️ Back & Core

The key is to train all muscle groups regularly.

Results don’t come only from workouts—they come from daily habits.

Week 1: Start your day with a glass of water and increase your daily water intake according to your body weight and activity level.

Week 2: Add vegetables to every meal.

Week 3: Reduce sweets or replace them with lower-sugar alternatives.

If you don’t enjoy working out, that’s okay. Start with 2 workouts per week, stay active, and aim for 8,000+ steps daily.

Remember: take care of your body because you only get one. ❤️
