Qualified in 2005 and for the past 18 years have been working with clients in gyms, as a massage therapist and a group exercise instructor. I’ve worked with people of all ages and abilities and am offering the following services from a treatment room at the front of my house:

• Pre and postnatal exercise advice and individualised programmes from £30
