George Francis Soft Tissue Therapy

I am a fully qualified Level 5 soft-tissue therapist having also graduated from the university of Birmingham with a Bachelor of Science in ‘sport and exercise science’. With a huge background within sport myself, having played for Reading football club’s academy for numerous years, my natural tendency is towards those competing within clubs or individual sports. However, my interest in general health and wellbeing has given me a drive to gain knowledge on how to help the general population by improving their quality of life. The societal norms of working at a desk for hours on end, 5 or more days a week have caused countless musculoskeletal imbalances within the body. As a soft-tissue therapist, I hold the knowledge and skills to be able to correct these issues and educate the client on how to maintain this state.
