Been too long since I did a little progress report on my Korean Skincare experiment on myself✨

6 months on I'm amazed at the results. This was me after my first time using the routine next to 6 months later. My angry red skin was needing help, despite me thinking I was using great products. My skin is by no means perfect now, but I feel my skin barrier is stronger and it's certainly more hydrated. I don't have dry areas any more and the skin tone is more even.

I'm outside a lot so despite wearing caps and SPF50 I'm still catching the sun but it feels more protected.

This is what consistency looks like. Skincare used to be another chore but now I look forward to my little ritual 🤩

When my dad passed away from cancer, it fundamentally shifted how I look at health. You suddenly become hyper-aware of how fragile life is, and you start looking closely at the things you do every single day.
