Healing from the inside out — my complete post-op recovery protocol 🌿✨

Following on from my gallbladder surgery, I’m taking a holistic, targeted approach to my recovery. As a practitioner, I believe in supporting the body at every level: internally, energetically, and mechanically.

Here is what I’m using right now and why:

• When: First thing in the morning and throughout the day.

• Inflamalief (Now): Taken daily to calm the acute inflammatory response, ease surgical soreness, and bring down internal tissue swelling naturally.
