The importance of Post-Op aftercare 🤍🩹

My client has been coming to me consistently twice a week since her surgery a couple of months ago and I’ve been able to support her through each stage of her recovery …It’s amazing to look back at her progression and see how far she’s come already 🤍

Post-op recovery takes time, patience and consistency. It’s not just about the surgery itself the aftercare is such an important part of the process too 🧘🏽‍♀️

She’s also booked in for a further course of treatments and has been taking care of herself at home
