Don’t take anything for granted, things in your life can change so quick, and leave a massive scar.. not all of them can be repaired, and some may never heal.
Always talk to people, don’t bottle things up.
Always ask for help, you’re not alone, although sometimes it feels it, the heart is the heaviest place, closely followed by the overthinking mind x
Not every day is a bad day, and better days are to come :)
