The School of Merit

🌿 ANNUAL LEAVE & DIGITAL DETOX 🌿

From Wednesday 30th September until Tuesday 13th October, I’ll be taking some much-needed time away from LIFE 🤣🤣

This time, I’m going a step further and having a proper digital detox. 📵✨

That means I won’t have access to my emails or messages, and I won’t be responding to enquiries during this time.

Sometimes we all need to step away from the constant notifications, messages, emails and demands of everyday life. Taking time to disconnect gives us the space to slow down, be present, clear our minds and reconnect with ourselves — and ultimately, that really is good for the soul. 🤍

I’ll be taking some time to rest, recharge, enjoy some sunshine and simply be present without feeling like I need to be connected to my phone.

Please don’t worry if you don’t receive a response during this time — your message hasn’t been forgotten. I’ll be back on Wednesday 14th October and will work through all enquiries and messages as soon as possible after my return.

Thank you so much for your patience and understanding. 💛

Sometimes switching off is exactly what we need to switch back on. 🌿✨

See you on the flip side 🔥

💜 A little change of direction…

Right, I’m going to be completely honest with you…

I CANNOT COPE WITH ALL THE BLOODY MESSAGES 😂

Facebook. Instagram. TikTok. Personal messages. Business messages. Emails. Messages in comments. Messages I’ve seen and then forgotten about because I’ve been working, with clients, running workshops, doing MEI stuff, or just generally trying to have a life!

And honestly… we are not meant to live like this. 😂

Can anyone else relate? Especially us 40 somethings, I like pen and paper god dam it 🤣🤣

I don’t want anyone feeling like I’m ignoring them, because I’m absolutely not. The problem is that when messages are coming at me from five different places, things inevitably get missed.

So I’ve finally done something about it!

📲 From now on, ALL business enquiries will be handled through WhatsApp.

This covers everything I do —

💜 School of Merit
🌿 Soul Shack
💚 MEI Youth Services CIC
✨ Thrive Wellbeing Solutions

…and anything else I’m working on under the umbrella.

I’ve got everything set up in one place now, which means I can actually see your message, keep track of it and get back to you properly rather than spending my life hunting through bloody Facebook and Instagram DMs. And being scared of my phone 😱😂

So if you message me on Facebook or Instagram, you’ll be directed to WhatsApp.

Please don’t think I’m being rude if I don’t reply to your DM — I’m just trying to get my life back! 😂

It’ll mean less chaos for me and, hopefully, a much better service for you. ❤️

So save the number, click the WhatsApp link, and come and find me over there.

One inbox. One place. One very relieved Sarah. 😂💜

Thank you for bearing with me while I get everything streamlined.

See you on WhatsApp!

✨ An Honest Update… ✨

A little while ago I made the difficult decision to cancel my Sleep Reset Workshop.

The reason? I hit burnout.

As someone who is passionate about helping others improve their wellbeing, I realised I wasn’t practising what I preach. I needed to step back, rest, and take care of myself before I could give my best to anyone else.

I’m sharing this because I think it’s important to be honest. Burnout can happen to any of us, and sometimes the bravest thing we can do is pause instead of pushing through.

💜 I’m so excited to say that The Sleep Reset Experience is back!

✨ An Exciting New Chapter ✨

Over the last few years, The School of Merit has evolved into a platform focused on education, personal development, wellbeing workshops and professional training.

As my work continues to grow, I’ve decided to create a dedicated space for my holistic wellbeing and treatment services.

A brand new salon is awaiting your bodies 🤣🤣

🌿 Introducing Soul Shack Wellbeing 🌿

Soul Shack Wellbeing is a holistic wellbeing sanctuary offering:

✨ Massage Therapy
✨ Reiki
✨ Crystal Healing
✨ Aromatherapy
