Unfortunately, on day 2 of our family holiday in Morocco, my daughter had a nasty fall which resulted in a displaced clavicle fracture.

After being assessed by a UK doctor, she now needs surgery to repair the fracture, so understandably my full focus is on her and my family right now. ❤️

I’m so sorry for the disruption and inconvenience this may cause, but unfortunately this is completely out of my control. My family will always come first, especially in circumstances like this.

Please bear with me while we get everything sorted. As always, I will do my absolute best to get everyone rebooked and booked back in at the earliest possible opportunity.

💷 PAYMENT UPDATE 💷

Just a little business update for all my lovely clients ❤️

From 10th September, I will be accepting CASH PAYMENTS ONLY.

As a small business, I’m spending far too much of my own spare time chasing outstanding payments for treatments that have already been carried out — in some cases, payments are still being owed up to 3 weeks later.

Unfortunately, I simply can’t continue spending my evenings messaging and chasing payments. My time outside of appointments is precious, and I want to be spending it with my family rather than following up unpaid treatments.

So, going forward, payment will be required in cash at the time of your appointment. 💷

I completely appreciate that cash isn’t always the most convenient option, but this is a decision I’ve had to make to protect my time and my small business.
