Today I had the pleasure of welcoming a fully trained microneedling practitioner into the salon for a 1:1 Masterclass, designed to build on her existing knowledge, refine her technique and give her that extra confidence when carrying out the treatment.

Today wasn’t about starting from scratch — it was about elevating the skills she already had. 🤍

We worked through treatment technique, needle depths, skin assessment, product selection, treatment protocols and the importance of adapting each treatment to the individual client and their skin.

Most importantly, we focused on understanding the ‘why’ behind the treatment, rather than simply following a protocol.

From consultation through to treatment, we worked together to create a more confident, knowledgeable and considered approach to microneedling.

I absolutely loved sharing my knowledge and experience today, and seeing her confidence grow throughout the session was the best part. ✨
