I got that in the neck from my daughter as she won't be getting the lip set she wanted under the tree, to make sure you get your gifts please let me know asap.
This is one of my favourite eye liners.
Once it has dried it does not transfer to eye lids or bottom lashes.
I use brown during the day so that my eyes are defined but not too much for everyday. Then in the evening my eyes really pop.

Perfect gift for pre and teens
