By Adding just small amounts of filler to the correct places balances and emphasises features which in turn enhance the appearance of the frontal and side profile. We achieved this with just 2.2ml spread across the nose, lips & chin.

✅ Nose: Filler was placed above and below the dorsal hump to smooth the bridge and refine the profile, giving the appearance of a straighter bridge as well as lifting the tip slightly to prevent droop.

✅ Lips: Subtle volume & height was added to enhance the natural lip shape helping balance the lower and mid-face.

✅ Chin: A small amount of filler was added to project and elongate the chin, creating better facial proportions and softening the jawline for a more balanced side profile.

The magic of a lip flip!

✨ What is a lip flip & how does it work? ✨

The lip flip targets the orbicularis oris (the circular muscle around the mouth). A few units of toxin can be carefully injected just above the upper lip which in turn relaxing this part of the muscle to allow the lip to gently roll outward, creating the illusion of a fuller, more defined upper lip without the use of dermal filler 🙌🏼

Unlike lip filler which can last up to 9-12 months, a Lip Flip works by relaxing the muscle using a small dose in a high-movement area (talking, eating, smiling).. therefore results do tend to wear off quicker.

✨ Understanding anti-wrinkle treatments ✨

Dynamic lines such as forehead creases and “crow’s feet” are often caused by repeated muscle movement. Muscle-relaxing injections work by temporarily reducing the activity of these muscles, which can soften the appearance of lines 🪄

⏱️ The effects are not permanent and results usually develop over a two week time frame then gradually wear off over 3-4 months, though this timeframe can vary between individuals.

Tear Trough Transformation 👀 ✨

Using Teoxane Redensity 2 filler, we filled out the hollowness to the under eyes, which in turn diminished the appearance of dark circles leaving the eyes brightened & rejuvenated!

This is done by carefully placing dermal filler to soften the hollow and blend the junction between the lower lid and cheek using a blunt tip cannula.

Not everyone is an ideal candidate for this treatment depending on skin quality, water retention etc.. so a consultation is done before hand to determine what the most suitable solution is for the under eyes - whether it be mid face filler, polynucleotides, PRP or tear trough filler 👏🏼

I recommend a 2-3 week follow up appointment following this treatment to review how to filler has settled. Due to the fragile skin under the eyes, minor swelling can occasionally mimic filler. However with the use of a cannula for this treatment, bruising and swelling is often minimal 🤍
