So I've decided to take the plunge today and start taking these vitamin supplements. I've heard a lot about them so I thought why not?

Lately my skin is quite dull and I'm having a lot of breakouts - worse than I normally have. My nails have always been prone to chipping and flaking and are just generally weak, and my hair is very fine.

These little purple pills contain copper, iron, zinc, vitamin E and pomegranate extract, brewer's yeast, vitamins A, B2, B6, B12, C as well as biotin and amino acids which have all been proven to have a beneficial effect in supporting hair, skin and nail growth.

Beauty Detox contains spirulina and active collagen which also have beneficial effects on the hair, skin and nails. They can also help with joint health, which I am hoping will be particularly helpful for me as I suffer from a condition which causes my body to produce collagen that isn't very good quality. This causes problems with connective tissue throughout my body. Fingers crossed this will help with that too.
