Introducing my new seasonal treatment…
Spring Awakening Ritual

I’ve created this beautiful new experience to help you slow down, reset your nervous system and reconnect with yourself as we move into spring.

Your treatment begins with a small calming herbal tea while you sit with your feet on a grounding mat, allowing your body to settle, relax and gently arrive into the space.

From there, the ritual flows into a deeply relaxing massage of the back, backs of the legs and feet using beautiful aromatherapy oils.

The treatment then continues with a soothing head and crystal facial massage using crystal tools designed to calm the mind and release tension.

Before you leave, you’ll be invited to choose a crystal you feel drawn to and you’ll also receive a calming herbal tea to take home so you can continue the relaxation.

This treatment is perfect if you:
• Feel overwhelmed or stressed
• Struggle to switch off
• Need a reset after winter
• Want deep relaxation

This is a limited seasonal treatment and I’ll only be offering a small number of appointments.
