As of today I will be asking for a £20 non refundable deposit from all new and existing clients for colour services.
This is due to a high number of no shows with no explanation.
I understand life can be hectic and situations can happen but as you all know this my only source of income.
A cancellation policy will also now be put in place with all colour services. There will be a 24hr window to let me know if you are cancelling which I think is more than fair.
