Keep the cuticle heathy and you will have heathy nails too. My intense cuticle treatment involves removing dead cuticle from your fingernails to allow new growth to the nail bed.
Highly moisturising hand soaks to soften any dead cuticle before gently filing to lift the dead skin away, shaping the nail so it can continue to grow, finished off with a hand massage applying lots of moisturising cream into all the dry parts and oil to the cuticle.

I am so happy to have passed all the refresher nail courses recently.
