🩷Hello lovelies … just to say that we have some holidays 🛫coming up so the salon will be fully closed and we are back in then for run up to our fav time 🤶🤶🤶🎄

🛫Sam will be away from 1st Nov-24th Nov
🛫Nic & Jackie will be away from 4th Nov -17th Nov

This means that the Salon will be fully closed from 4th Nov- 17th Nov.

🩷So with this in mind please ensure that you have all your forthcoming appointments booked in.

🤶We will then be open as usual and urge you to also book in your Christmas appointments as they are filling up and we will be closed in between Christmas and New Year this year so please keep that in mind 🩷

Morning lovelies! a lovely lady we know has set up a petition to get the kids to get the kids free paddling pool back. She needs 1,000 signatures, so please share after signing to take to the council and we would love it if you can help 🙏 we have a copy of the petition in the salon so please help us get as many signatures as we can please just pop in we hope it all helps 🩷😘 thank you xx

❤️Salon Appointments Cancellation/ Missed Policy

To help us manage our appointment diary fairly and respect our busy working time, we kindly ask that all cancellations or appointment changes are made with at least 24 hours’ notice, we appreciate things happen but also ask that you appreciate our working time.

All Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice (this includes trying to change appointments with less than 24hours notice) or missed without notice, will incur a £20 fee regardless (no exceptions).

This fee comes into effect immediately and must be either:

● Paid by bank transfer before any future appointments are booked, or
● Be added to your next appointment and paid at that time (no exclusions)

All new clients will be expected to pay a deposit to hold an appointment.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support . This policy helps us minimise lost appointment times and allows us to offer appointments to other clients waiting for availability as we are currently very busy with a waiting list of clients wanting appointments.
