It was such an honour to be part of your special day. I've had the privilege of doing Cory's hair, as well as her family's, for around 20 years now, and moments like this remind me just how lucky I am to do what I love.

Cory, thank you for trusting me to create your bridal hair. You looked absolutely stunning, and it was a joy to see you looking so happy and radiant.

I had a rare couple of hours free this afternoon, so I decided to give the salon a little makeover. It's not finished yet, but it's already together beautifully, and I can't wait to show you the final result! ✨

Survived the hottest week in the world... in what felt like the hottest salon in the world! 🥵✂️

The hairdryers were working overtime, the air conditioning was fighting for its life, and we all melted a little along the way—but we made it! 😅

A huge thank you to all my amazing clients who braved the heat to keep their appointments, shared a laugh, and kept me going with your patience and good humour.

I'm happy to report that I'm still alive, still smiling, and ready to keep creating beautiful hair (hopefully in slightly cooler temperatures! ☀️💇‍♀️)

Here's to cooler days ahead... but until then, the salon is open, the coffee is flowing, and I'll be here—surviving one blow-dry at a time! ❤️
