I work with women of all colours to help them transition from covering greys every 2-6 weeks in to a soft blend.
Some women want to stop colouring altogether and others just want to go much longer between salon appointments but both want to like what they see in the mirror, not just for a couple of weeks but long term.

Why Grey blending isn’t just roots and highlights.
It’s understanding how your hair has changed over years of colouring, where your natural grey pattern sits, how much warmth is hiding beneath old permanent colour, and creating a plan that works with your hair instead of fighting against it.

Could this be the biggest innovation in haircare for years?
I genuinely think hair longevity is where our industry is heading.

But once pigment has gone, that’s where artistry still matters.
No serum can recreate natural seamless blends.
That’s why grey blending isn’t going anywhere, it simply evolves alongside innovations like this.

If it doesn’t have a soft grow out, it’s not a blend. It’s just highlights 🤷♀️
100% my favourite way of working with greys.

Not every grey blend is equal.
Allow me to share what’s gone wrong here.
❗️Technique simple as that.
Traditional weaves don’t belong in a grey blending application. They will not lift high enough creating a brassy colour and they definitely won’t create a seamless blend.
In this case it was also the lack of depth.
Going from a full grey coverage to a seamless blend takes patience and is intricate technical work.
Make sure you know your onions before choosing a stylist to help you blend 🤍🩶.
