Not many people are focusing on their goals at this time of year. It’s all about getting ready for Christmas and enjoying the festivities. Most people will start thinking about their goals after Christmas, looking towards New Years Resolutions. But if you make a start today, you could be two weeks ahead of where you would be if you waited for New Year. Make the decision to start and take those few baby steps towards your goals. Your future self will thank you for it.

Today is World Kindness Day. And it feels like we are all in desperate need of more kindness at the moment. So here’s my little bit.
I know that not everyone can afford my Hypnotherapy sessions. So from now til Christmas, I want to make sure that those who would usually be unable to afford a session can do. Every Thursday in November/December is now open for Pay What You Can Afford. There’s a minimum charge of £20 because the website won’t let me do it any other way and also I need to feed my kids 😂 But after that, it’s up to you. If you can afford more, that’s great. If you can’t, that’s no problem. You can book in for any issue you like; stopping smoking/va**ng, alcohol issues, stress, anxiety, insomnia, phobias, chronic pain etc.
