Nail Enhancement Guarantee

At Vanity Luxe Nails, I take pride in providing high-quality nail services and products.

If any nail enhancement (including gel polish, BIAB, acrylics, hard gel, or other nail extensions) experiences lifting, peeling, chipping, or comes off within 72 hours of your appointment, you are entitled to a complimentary repair or fix, provided you contact me and arrange an appointment within this 72-hour guarantee period.

Please note:

The guarantee applies only to issues resulting from product or application failure.
Photographic evidence may be requested before a repair appointment is offered.
Repairs requested after the 72-hour period will be treated as maintenance or replacement services and will therefore be chargeable at the standard salon rates.
Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, picking, biting, excessive force, or failure to follow aftercare advice is not covered under this guarantee.

This policy reflects standard practice within the UK nail industry.

Client Conduct Policy:

Vanity Luxe Nails is committed to maintaining a respectful, professional, and welcoming environment for all my clients.

Under no circumstances will Vanity Luxe Nails tolerate abusive, threatening, aggressive, discriminatory, harassing, or inappropriate behaviour of any kind, whether in person, by telephone, via email, social media, messaging platforms, or through any other form of communication.

Any client engaging in such behaviour will:

Be removed from my social media pages and online platforms;
Have comments or messages deleted where appropriate;
Be permanently blocked from contacting or booking with Vanity Luxe Nails;
Have any future appointments cancelled at my discretion.

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose behaviour compromises the safety, wellbeing, or professional environment of my business.

By booking an appointment with Vanity Luxe Nails, clients acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of this policy.
