Being a new mum, a nail tech, an educator and a business coach… I don’t know how to approach posting online anymore (especially after being so open and honest about my recent experience in motherhood)

But… here I am 👋🏼

I think every day about how I can build my business best to suit me/my family/my clients and my students… I don’t know fully how that’s going to look yet, but I have faith it will work itself out 🥰

Proud of this body. Proud of this belly. Really thought I’d hate my post partum body but I don’t (even tho I feel like I should)

Everyone says “it’s okay to look like you’ve had a baby if you have just had a baby” but then I feel like the only time I see bodies like mine online are someone’s “before” photos - before they lost the weight or had a tummy tuck - as if my new soft belly is a problem to be fixed?

I hope you can show some love to your squishy belly if you have one 🫶🏼

Don’t know how I think I’m qualified to be giving advice on this subject?

Ps. I actually do like being a mum 🤣 even tho I always seem to be complaining about it 😋

My DMs have been popping off since posting my last post. Thank you every single one of you who messaged. But it really made me realise something… we’ve all fu***ng been there.

Maybe we could all stop feeling so fu***ng bad about struggling if we all knew just how many of us were actually struggling?

And don’t feel bad if you don’t want any more minutes. I’m grateful for all of the minutes that I get but I definitely don’t want any extra. And that is absolutely okay 😭🤣
