A Little Update From Me 🤍

This is something I’ve never had to do before, and if I’m honest, I’ve put it off for a long time because I always try to be as understanding and accommodating as possible and still will be i understand some things can’t be helped.

Unfortunately, I’ve reached the point where I need to introduce a cancellation policy.

As many of you know, I’m currently working limited days while juggling my business and my beautiful baby. When I book childcare for my working days and then receive last-minute cancellations or no-shows, it leaves me paying for childcare and losing income, and I often don’t have enough time to fill that appointment.

The hardest part is knowing I have so many lovely clients waiting for appointments, but it’s often impossible to offer those cancelled slots at such short notice.

I completely understand that emergencies happen, and I will always try to be as fair and understanding as I can. This policy isn’t about being strict—it’s simply about protecting my time, my family, and my small business so I can continue giving every client the best possible service.

I genuinely appreciate every single one of you for supporting my business, and I hope you can understand why this decision has become necessary.

Thank you so much for your continued love, loyalty and understanding. It really does mean the world to me.
