Tendonitis, can affect most tendons, especially where overuse of that tendon has been allowed. Other causes can be most forms of trauma.

Physiotherapy can help in many ways including.

- Exercise therapy including stretching and strengthening. Each programme is individually tailored although some exercises can be generic.
-In house treatment can include: ultra sound, if chronic shockwave therapy. Other forms that can have the same effect as Ultra sound is massage varying with how deep the massage should be can have a different effect. Kinds of massage usually used are deep tissue on the muscles connected to that tendon. Medium leveled massage on the tendon itself, release techniques to help the tendon move more freely and lower pain
-Advice used to help the patient is tailored to his or her's daily routine around the injury without interrupting the patients daily activities. Like, resting, activities enjoyable to you but won't inflame the problem any further. Self management like pain management how to use heat and cold to manage the condition.

Other conditions with similar advice would be tendinopathy's and many others. Tendinopathy's usually do require a slower progression of treatment intensity and exercises.

Hey guys recently I've been posting reviews by clients through screenshots of texts of what these clients have thought about the massage.
