So this has been a long thought process, but I have come to the decision to close up my beloved skincare business. It wasn't the easiest decision to make as skincare has always been one of my biggest passions and I loved meeting all my clients. However I just can't commit as much as I would need to running this business on top of working full time in my main career, being a mum, running the house daily and keeping my mental health in check. So it's time to take a step back, clear some head space to concentrate on my son and my main career 😊❤️

Why is cleansing your skin twice a day important?

I mean why wouldn't you want to do the above to your skin? 🤷🏽‍♀️ just something as simple as cleansing your face in the morning and night can really help your skin glow ✨️ however you absolutely must be using the right products for your skin type and no harsh scrubbing or boiling hot water! Use a daily moisteriser with spf after your cleanse in the morning and a good night cream after your cleanse in the evening. Again these products will be suitable for your skin only. You may need to just try a few products to see what suits you best. Remember, sometimes it doesn't have to be the most expensive product in the market that is the best for your skin!

Chemical peels are cosmetic treatments that involve using acids to exfoliate the skin.The acid removes a uniform amount of damaged skin cells across the treatment area. The skin that then grows back is smoother, firmer and more even.

Depending on the strength of the peel, it can affect only the outer layer of the skin (the epidermis) or if stronger it can go deeper into the dermis.

Skin may appear red for 24 hours, this is perfectly normaly. You may even get some patches of skin that will flake, again this is perfectly normal. Downtime is 1 to 7 days and avoid wearing make up for 24 hours after having a mild Chemical peel. Avoid sun exposure and any other treatments until the skin is fully heeled.

Microneedling otherwise known as Collagen Induction Therapy (CIT) is a cosmetic procedure which involves pricking the skin with tiny sterilized needles. This can be performed with either a dermroller or dermapen. The small wounds caused by this procedure allows your body to perform its natural healing process with new collagen and elastin, which then in turn makes your skin more firm, even and younger looking.
