Update on face coverings !
The government guidelines about face coverings for England have been updated . The guidelines now say that we should strongly encourage clients to wear a face covering in enclosed public spaces such as salons where social distancing may be difficult and where clients come into contact with people that do not normally meet.

As we are looking forward to opening again on the 4th of July we would like to say that we will continuously work hard to ensure our salon remains a safe space for our clients and team . In return we ask that should you feel unwell please contact your stylist or the salon to reschedule any upcoming appointments. There will be no cancellation fee for late notice and we can book you another appointment when your well again .

The things that may feel a little different to your normal visit.

We will be operating a pre booked appointment system only.

Some stylists have changed their days they work to keep the amount of people in the salon to a minimum and space ourselves out . The salon will be open over 7 days and your stylist will inform you what days they are working.

We ask that you arrive no earlier than your appointment time unless you've been contacted before hand . There you will be greeted at the door by your stylist and be asked to sanitise your hands with the gel provided .

All our stylists will be wearing a visor and although masks are not compulsory for clients or stylists please bring one with you incase you or your stylist would prefer them to be used .

Unfortunately for the moment there will be no waiting area , no refreshments or magazines. You are welcome to bring your own but we kindly ask you to dispose of it after your visit .

Please bring as little belongings with you as possible , as they will have to stay with you for the duration of your visit .

Card payment where possible unless you have discussed with your stylist another method .

We felt it was safer for our stylists to have their own appointment book rather than one central diary , therefore booking future appointments with your chosen stylist can mainly be done via their mobile phone or when leaving your previous appointment. We can take messages and appointment enquiries from the shop phone but due to the extra time cleaning between clients it might not always be possible to deal with straight away but will always be dealt with no later than the end of the working day .

To all of our very patient clients !
Hopefully there may be a little light at the end of the tunnel and , although it's not 100% confirmed we are working towards a reopening date in early July. Once the date is confirmed Myself, Racheal and the rest of the team will be contacting any clients that had been cancelled after lockdown to try and rearrange these appointments where possible. Soon after we shall open the phone line to book slots for everyone else .
