Our Story

EmChanted Nails&Beauty is run by Emma a mobile Nail Technician who covers the Medway and Tonbridge & Malling areas. Using all Magpie Beauty products and investing in the Navy Pro Tool hygiene system, Emma has a wide variety of colours and glitters and prides herself in using the best products for her clients.

Emma qualified in 2016 and spent the next 11 months in a salon learning the ropes and sharpening her skills. However, working in a salon didn’t suit Emma, she decided to set up her own mobile business to benefit her more. Emma then spent the next year and a half building up her business where she would then develop a severe Chronic Illness, having to take almost 2 years out of work to relearn how to walk and control her illness. Emma has a Neurological illness called Functional Neurological Disorder (FND) which mimics Multiple Sclerosis & Parkinson's Disease. During Lockdown 2020, Emma had a chance to rebrand, rethink and redesign her business for the better which benefits her clients.

Emma loves her job and being able to create different, unique sets of nails for her clients while being there for every occasion and joining them into what is, the roller coaster of life. Emma prides herself in her ability to reopen and being able to spread awareness of her misunderstood and unknown illnesses.

When Emma is not working she enjoys spending time with her family, when she is able to - taking her dog, Jack, out for walks. Emma particularly enjoys being around nature and relaxing watching the sea.
