What’s your favourite? 💡 I’ve been eyeing one of these up for a good while, so I was happy to finally get my hands on one!

I’ve had a play around with both, my current Anglepoise® desk lamps give the traditional ‘avocado’ reflection, and the new lumilight from The Nail Lab Group giving the wider reflection. I love the new one, it’s nice to have a change, gives me an opportunity to play around with the photography differently, but I also love the older style. I’ve tried using both at the same time as well (see the last slide) + you can never have too much light ✨

Both options give off great lighting when used on their own, they have great movement at many angles. I think it’s really down to personal preference on which reflection option you prefer. I like having both options for me and my students to see the difference, but it’s not a necessity, either option gives enough light while you work, but if you do have the desk lamp option, I would recommend having 2, 1 either side of your desk 👌🏼 I personally don’t think 1 lamp gives you enough light!
