Allowing you to gain more support that ever before: we are busy making more changes to our website to ensure we are really exploring all the benefits of this approach to training.

Our aesthetic mentorship’s are available to medical professionals only and can range from 6,9 to 12 months and come with an array of courses on offer that can be integrated into your training term whilst you gain experience from the team.

Each mentorship is designed for you so it is personalised in its approach!

We also offer beauty mentorship’s for those who do not have a medical background and want to access the benefits of a supportive mentorship to really grow their skill set and business knowledge 🙌🏼

You will pay a deposit, plus a monthly fee and will be given the opportunity to start learning as a practitioner throughout the mentorship so it begins to pay for itself..

Why did I choose to undertake a mentorship with Urban Training Academy at La Ross Aesthetics?

As an experienced NHS Nurse I have met many practitioners who have had a one day training course and have left feeling completely overwhelmed, anxious and lost with where to start.

I personally chose to train with the girls at La Ross ultimately because I respected their work ethic and their patient care.

After many months of research and going back and forth between what I actually wanted from a training program, I ultimately decided I am the type of clinician
that requires that real in depth training in all aspects to enable me to be as safe, competent and confident with my patients as possible and being part of a clinic team
such as La Ross really was a no brainer.

In a time where it is difficult to find quality training, the mentorship really provides that thorough training process that I feel I needed from a training academy.

I have been given many opportunities that I would never of had the chance to experience by completing a one day course. I have been able to train with and
shadow multiple experienced practitioners, in and out of clinic, this to me has provided guidance and experience I just would not have got anywhere else.

La Ross have and currently still are providing me with such a comprehensive, fully rounded training, from clinical and practical training to business and marketing
training.
