Regarding the staff mentioned in the post, there appears to have been some misunderstanding about their availability and working arrangements at the salon. Staffing and technician availability can change, and the information given at different times may not have been communicated clearly. We understand how this could have caused confusion.

As for the decision not to accept future bookings, this was based on our staff’s comfort and the circumstances surrounding the appointments, not on anyone’s skin colour, ethnicity or background. We completely reject discrimination of any kind and would never refuse a client for that reason.

We also do not believe it is appropriate to discuss private conversations or individual circumstances publicly. However, we are always willing to address genuine concerns directly and professionally.

We are sorry that this customer left feeling disappointed by her experience, but we also hope people will understand that there are two sides to every situation. We remain committed to treating all of our clients with fairness, respect and professionalism.
