If you're not passing stool every day, your hormones could be paying the price. 🚨

Many women battling fibroids, PCOS, endometriosis, ovarian cysts, painful periods, or infertility don't realize that one of the most important parts of hormone balance happens in the toilet.

Let me explain.

Your liver works day and night to remove excess estrogen from your body. It packages that used estrogen and sends it into your bile.

Your gallbladder releases that bile into your intestines.

Now here's what is supposed to happen...

You should pass stool, and that excess estrogen leaves your body.

Simple.

But if you're constipated or you're not emptying your bowels regularly, that waste sits in your intestines for too long.

The longer it stays there, the greater the chance that some of the estrogen can be reabsorbed into your bloodstream instead of leaving your body.

That means your liver worked hard to remove it... but your gut sent some of it right back.

Over time, poor bowel habits can make it harder for your body to keep hormones balanced. Hormone imbalance can contribute to symptoms like heavy periods, severe PMS, breast tenderness, and it may play a role in conditions such as fibroids in some women.

This is why I always ask my clients:

"How often do you pass stool?"

I'm not asking to be funny.

I'm asking because your gut is a major part of your hormone health.

If you're not going to the toilet regularly, don't ignore it. Your body is trying to tell you something.

Healthy hormones start with a healthy liver...

But they also need a healthy gut to finish the job.

Gut first. Hormones second. Fertility third. ❤️

Now tell me honestly...

Do you pass stool every single day, or do you sometimes skip a day or two? 👇🏽

Fibroids can regrow after surgery, but these can help reduce the risk of regrowth. 👇🏾👇🏾

🌿 Aidan Fruit (Prekese)

If you're not ready to go through a second or even a third fibroid surgery, then this is something to consider after your surgery.

How to use it:
Get 2 pieces of Aidan fruit (Prekese). Cut and wash them, then boil for 20 minutes. Drink the tea for 1 week before your period.

Also:
✔️ Balance your hormones. If your hormones are not balanced, there is a higher chance of fibroid regrowth.
✔️ Avoid junk food.
✔️ Maintain an alkaline, anti-inflammatory environment in your body by doing regular detox.

Ladies, have you ever experienced fibroid regrowth after surgery? Share your experience in the comments. 👇🏾

To any woman battling fibroids this message is for you read it slowly and carefully

Look at the way you prepare your food. Have you ever cooked only rice and eaten it because rice is food? No. Have you ever eaten only Maggi? Only pepper? Only crayfish because it is nutritious? No. Nobody does that. You combine different ingredients to make a complete meal.

The same thing applies to herbs and natural support.

Many of you have multiple fibroids. When I ask you, “What have you been using?” you say, “Castor oil.”

Just castor oil?

You are still joking. You are far behind.

Castor oil alone is not enough. If all you have been doing for months or even years is applying castor oil, yet you still have pain and your fibroids are still there, then it is time to realise that your body may need more than that.

One herb alone cannot do everything. One oil alone cannot do everything. Your body needs the right combination of herbs, proper nutrition, healthy lifestyle changes, and the right support. Healing is not about depending on one product while ignoring everything else.

I’m tired of hearing the same answer every time.

“What have you been using?”

“Castor oil.”

If that is all you have been relying on for months or years, don’t be surprised if you are still struggling with the same symptoms.

Stop expecting one oil to do the work that requires a complete approach.

🎗️ FIBROID SUPPORT SERIES — EPISODE 1 🎗️

We are starting a new series where I will be discussing different herbs, foods, and natural supports that women commonly use as part of a healthy fibroid management plan.

📌 EPISODE 1: GREEN TEA 🍵

Many women drink green tea, but do you really know why it is often talked about when it comes to women’s health?

Green tea contains natural compounds called catechins, especially EGCG (epigallocatechin gallate), which have been studied for their antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.

Research has explored the potential role of green tea compounds in supporting healthy cell function and reducing oxidative stress. Some studies have looked at green tea extract and fibroid cells, but more human research is still needed to fully understand its effects.

For women dealing with fibroids, the focus should not be on one single herb or drink. A complete approach includes:
âś… Understanding your fibroid type, size, and location
âś… Supporting overall hormone health
âś… Eating a balanced, nutrient-rich diet
âś… Managing inflammation and lifestyle factors
âś… Following appropriate medical guidance

Green tea can be one supportive addition, but it is not a magic cure.

🎗️ Remember: knowledge is the first step. Learn what you are using, why you are using it, and how it fits into your overall health plan.

Save this post because we are just getting started.

Episode 2 coming soon… 🌿

🎗️ To Every Woman Battling Fibroids — Pay Attention 🎗️

I need every woman dealing with fibroids to understand this:

Stop waiting for someone to hand you a magic solution.

Every day, I see women moving from one page to another asking:

“Madam, what can I use?”
“What will shrink my fibroid?”
“Please help me.”

But the truth is, information is everywhere. The question is: are you ready to take action?

From now on, I will be sharing the information you need to know about fibroid support — the herbs, lifestyle practices, nutrition, and important factors that women should pay attention to on this journey.

I will mention them clearly. I will explain what they are used for and why they are important.

But remember this: nobody can do the work for you.

Your health requires commitment, planning, and taking responsibility. Waiting endlessly for free solutions while your condition continues to affect your life is not the answer.

Many women are dealing with pain, heavy bleeding, fertility challenges, emotional stress, and fear about their future. Some are desperately hoping to conceive, while fibroids continue to affect their daily lives.

This is why you have to become intentional.

Learn.
Ask questions.
Make a plan.
Take your health seriously.

Don’t just collect information and disappear. Don’t keep searching for a shortcut.

Pay attention to every post. Save the information. Use it to make better decisions about your health.

Your body deserves your effort. Your future deserves your action. ❤️

Let’s begin this journey.

27/07/2026

I have been reading every single comment, and honestly, my heart is heavy.

Over 100 women have reached out asking for help with fibroids.

One thing this has shown me is that far too many women are suffering in silence. Some are dealing with one fibroid, some have multiple fibroids, some have very large fibroids, and many are simply scared and don’t know where to start.

I truly wish I could help every single person who commented.

But I can’t.

That’s why I want to tell you something from my heart:

Please don’t wait for a free giveaway before you take your health seriously.

Yes, I’m selecting a few women for free support, but the truth is that not everyone will be selected. And even free guidance has its limits. The biggest difference comes from the effort you put into caring for your own health.

If you’re battling fibroids, make a decision today to invest in yourself.

Learn about your condition.
Improve your lifestyle.
Eat nourishing foods.
Follow your healthcare provider’s advice.
If you’re using herbal products, use them responsibly and seek guidance from a qualified practitioner, especially if you’re taking medications or have other health conditions.

Your health is worth planning for.

Don’t wait until the fibroids become larger, your symptoms become worse, or you’re left wishing you had started earlier.

Reading your stories has been emotional. I can feel the pain, the frustration, the fear, and the exhaustion in so many of your comments.

I may not be able to carry everyone’s burden, but I hope I can encourage you to take the first step.

Please don’t give up on yourself.

Your future is worth fighting for. ❤️

“Just give me herbs.”

That is the message I receive every single day.

Many women believe shrinking fibroids is just about taking one herb, one tea, or one supplement. It doesn’t work that way.

If you’re not willing to understand why the fibroids developed, don’t be surprised if they continue to grow or return after treatment.

Your body is connected.

Your hormones matter.
Your liver matters.
Your gut health matters.
Treating any underlying infection or inflammation matters.

These are all part of the bigger picture.

If your hormones remain out of balance, especially if you’re dealing with excess oestrogen, the conditions that support fibroid growth may still be present. Supporting liver and gut health can also play a role in overall hormone regulation because they help the body process and eliminate hormones effectively.

Yet many women skip all of that.

They just want herbs.

Then, months later, they say:

“I’ve tried so many herbs. Nothing worked.”

The question is…

Did you address the factors that may be contributing to your condition?

Or were you expecting one herb to do the work of an entire health plan?

Natural support is not magic. It requires consistency, lifestyle changes, good nutrition, and—when appropriate—medical care. There is no shortcut.

If you’re serious about improving your health, stop looking for the quickest answer and start looking for the complete approach.

Your body deserves more than a temporary fix.

It deserves understanding, patience, and a plan.

If this message challenged you, don’t get offended—get informed. Your future self will thank you.
