✨ Salon Policy Reminder ✨

This is a polite notice to remind all our clients about our cancellation, no-show, and lateness policy. We understand that things can come up unexpectedly, and within reason, the policy may not always apply depending on the circumstances. This notice is in place to protect our business from last-minute cancellations and no-shows, as your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you and is often booked into our diary weeks in advance.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Late cancellations (less than 48 hours’ notice) will incur a 50% charge of the treatment cost.
Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.
If a rescheduled appointment is missed (a second no-show), future appointments will require full prepayment.

Lateness:
Arriving more than 10 minutes late may require rescheduling if your service cannot be completed within the remaining time.

We set these boundaries because last-minute cancellations and no-shows can significantly impact our business. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us continue to provide the best possible service for all our clients.
