I wanted to pop on today to discuss recent events which have taken place with my business, as the majority of
My clients know and it is stated in every advertisement, social media post and within private message that the booking fee’s paid, are completely non refundable (unless serious circumstances occur) I work extremely hard for my business and hate to refuse clients, hence the booking fee being non refundable especially when wanting to cancel appointments within 24 hours of the booking, let alone the hour before of the booking which makes it impossible for myself to fill that time space.
I will do my best to accommodate clients needs, however I will not tolerate aggressive, condescending, and irate behaviour and do not deserve to be treated this way when building my business and going above and beyond for my clients, it is completely un acceptable especially to act this way. I’m a really understanding and happy to accommodate Individual all of my amazing clients! X
I want to leave this on a high and thank all of my amazing, and beautiful clients who have been supporting me and letting me paint their faces and I hope to meet so many of you in the future !!!! 🤍🤍🤍
