Been out today helping a friend who has a mobile home fit some steps up lots of lifting , digging and spreading gravel light lunch thrown in for all our hard work , vanilla shake this morning for breakfast feeling full up so just water and bed to tonight , hope you all have been able go get out in the sunshine today Xx

Chicken tonight with salad gonna use up a few bits in the fridge gonna follow with a small pot of low fat yogurt had my garcinia tablets half an hour to food as mentioned in C9 booklet
