Hey everyone! Hope you’re all loving the sunshine today! It’s been a long time coming ☀️

Just a quick reminder that if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give at least 48 hours’ notice. It means I can offer the space to someone else on my waiting list and keep things running smoothly.

My cancellation policy is:
• Less than 48 hours – 50% fee
• Same-day/no-show – 100% fee

As a small business, last-minute cancellations have a big impact. If the cancellation fee isn’t paid, I won’t be able to take new bookings until paid.

This isn’t something I take lightly or enjoy enforcing, but as a small business, it’s essential. Time is my livelihood, and missed appointments have a real impact.
