✨ What Kat Did Next: Enchanted Oddities ✨🌿

Something a bit different for this one…

I’m not just posting pictures.
I’m going live 👀✨

This will be a live showcase, so you’ll get to see everything properly, the textures, the details, the little bits that photos never quite capture.

You’ll be able to have a proper look, ask questions, and see each piece as it actually is… not filtered, not flattened, just handmade magic in real time 💫

I’ll be bringing a mix of:

🌿 Incense holders
🌙 Pendants
✨ Trinket boxes
🫙 Jars

All handcrafted, built up layer by layer, with tiny details and a lot of care poured into each one.

No two are the same.
And once they’re gone… they’re gone.

💫 Join me live:

🗓️ Friday 17th April
🕖 7pm
📍 The Strange Apothecary Foundation ~ Wellness Hub 🧚🏻‍♀️🍄✨ Group

If you like things a bit witchy, a bit whimsical, and a bit outside the usual… come have a nose 👀✨

And before we get to my slot…

🌿🔥 Sacred Showcase Week kicks off with The Rebellion – Exclusive Market Live 🔥🌿

✨️“I don’t need to prove I’m trying. My body is exhausted from trying.”✨️

One of the weird things about chronic illness is the feeling that you constantly have to prove you’re trying.

Trying to function.
Trying to keep up.
Trying to do normal life things without your body throwing a full diva meltdown halfway through the day. 🧠⚡

From the outside it might look like you’ve done very little.

Maybe the washing didn’t get done.
Maybe the message is still unread.
Maybe you sat down “for five minutes” and accidentally joined the furniture for the afternoon. 😅

But what people don’t see is the behind-the-scenes chaos.

Your nervous system juggling pain signals.
Your brain trying to remember why you walked into the kitchen.
Your body negotiating energy levels like a dodgy phone battery on 3%. 🔋

So no, you don’t need to prove you’re trying.

Your body knows exactly how much effort it’s putting in.

Frankly it’s been trying so hard it would quite like a lie down and a biscuit.

And honestly… fair enough. 🍪

14/03/2026

✨️“My capacity is not a moral issue.”✨️

Somewhere along the way we turned energy into a personality trait.

If you’re busy, productive, and juggling seventeen things at once, you’re seen as hardworking and admirable.

But if your body needs rest… if your energy runs out quicker… if your nervous system taps the brakes before the rest of the world does… suddenly it’s treated like a character flaw.

Lazy.
Unmotivated.
Not trying hard enough.

But capacity isn’t a moral issue.

It’s biology. 🧠⚡

Some bodies have more energy available on a given day. Some are using most of that energy just managing pain, fatigue, inflammation, hormones, brain fog, and sensory overload before the day has even properly started.

So no, needing more rest doesn’t make someone less disciplined or less worthy.

It just means their system is working with a different energy budget.

And frankly, judging someone’s character based on their battery level is about as logical as blaming your phone for needing a charger. 🔋😆

Your capacity isn’t a reflection of your value.

It’s just the current settings your nervous system is working with today.

13/03/2026

✨️“Executive dysfunction is what happens when the brain runs out of battery but the world keeps demanding WiFi.”✨️

Executive dysfunction can look a lot like laziness from the outside.

A message left unread.
A task that should take five minutes somehow taking five days.
Standing in the kitchen wondering why you walked in there in the first place. 🧠😅

But inside the brain it feels completely different.

The intention is there.
The to-do list is there.
The desire to get things done is very much there.

The system that actually starts the task though… has quietly gone offline. 🔋

So while the world is still sending notifications, expectations, and “quick little things” your way, your brain is sat there buffering like a dodgy internet connection.

It’s not laziness.

It’s a brain that needs a reboot.

And sometimes the best solution isn’t pushing harder… it’s making a brew and trying again later. ☕

What a week.

We’ve talked about what the Sacred S**tshow Membership actually is, what’s inside it, and most importantly… the real stories from people already inside the community.

And if there’s one thing that’s clear, it’s this 👇

People aren’t broken.
They’re just overwhelmed, overstimulated, and trying to survive modern life with a nervous system that never gets a break.

That’s exactly why the Sacred S**tshow exists.

✨️“I am not behind in life. I am living in hard mode.”✨️

It’s very easy to feel like you’re behind.

You watch people your age building careers, travelling, climbing ladders, ticking off milestones, while you’re over here trying to decide whether today is a “do the washing” day or a “save your energy so you can shower tomorrow” day. 😅

Living with chronic pain, fatigue, hormonal chaos, or a nervous system that occasionally decides everything is a threat changes the rules of the game.

The same tasks cost more energy.
Recovery takes longer.
And sometimes your biggest achievement of the day is simply keeping your body regulated enough to function.

That doesn’t mean you’re behind.

It means you’re playing life on hard mode. 🎮

You’re navigating challenges most people never have to factor in, building resilience in ways that don’t show up on CVs or social media feeds.

And honestly, the strength it takes to keep showing up in a body that doesn’t always cooperate is something most people will never fully understand.

So no, you’re not late.

You’re just playing a different level.

And you’re still here.

That counts for a lot. ✨

💡 Thrive Thursday: This Is What Support Actually Looks Like 💡

You can read all the descriptions in the world about the Sacred S**tshow, but the real magic?

It’s the people inside it.

This week I’ve shared a few words from members who are already part of the space. Real humans navigating real life - the good bits, the messy bits, and the moments where everything feels like a bit of a sacred s**t show.

What keeps coming up again and again is this 👇

🫶 Feeling seen and understood
💬 Having somewhere safe to say when things are hard
🌿 A community that responds with support, not judgement
✨ Simple daily tools that help you stay grounded
🌀 Live healing circles where people actually feel lighter and calmer afterwards

Because sometimes healing isn’t about doing more.

Sometimes it’s about having a space where you can say
"I’m struggling today"

and someone replies

"We’ve got you."

Inside the membership people use things like:

🧠 Daily Nervous System Reset prompts when life feels overwhelming
⚠️ The OH S**T thread when they’re spiralling and need support
🌀 Monthly healing circles to release stress and reset
💬 The S**tshow Lounge to chat, share wins, or just not feel alone

And as you can see from the reviews…

Sometimes that support turns into:
✨ the first proper night’s sleep in years
✨ feeling calmer during a tough time
✨ realising you’re not “too much” or “not enough”

Just human.

And if life feels a bit chaotic right now, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

The Sacred S**tshow Membership is open and it’s just £22 a month.

✨️“I am allowed to cancel plans and keep my dignity.”✨️

Cancelling plans used to come with a whole suitcase of guilt.

You sit there staring at your phone, trying to decide whether you can push through… whether you should just go anyway… whether cancelling makes you look unreliable, flaky, or like you’re letting people down.

And when you live with chronic pain, fatigue, or a nervous system that occasionally throws a full tantrum for no obvious reason, that internal debate can happen a lot. 🧠⚡

Because some days the body simply says nope.

Not because you don’t care.
Not because you’re lazy.
Not because you couldn’t push through if you absolutely had to.

But because you’ve learned what the crash costs afterwards. 🌿

Cancelling plans doesn’t mean you’ve failed.

It means you’re listening to your body before it drags you into a three-day flare, a full nervous system meltdown, or the kind of exhaustion that makes brushing your teeth feel like a marathon.

So yes, sometimes the bravest and wisest thing you can do is send the message, cancel the plans, make a cup of tea, and protect your energy.

And you get to do that without apologising for existing in the body you have. ☕

Because you are allowed to cancel plans…

…and keep your dignity.

🔍 What’s Inside Wednesday: What You Actually Get in The Sacred S**t Show 🔍

Alright… let’s lift the lid on what actually happens inside the Sacred S**t Show Membership.

Because it’s not just people sat around talking about their feelings while burning incense. 😅

Everything inside is designed to help calm your nervous system, which basically means helping your body realise you’re safe again instead of running on constant stress mode.

Why should you care?

Because when your nervous system is fried, everything feels harder.

Sleep.
Energy.
Mood.
Focus.
Even just getting through the day without wanting to hide under a blanket.

So inside the membership we focus on simple things that actually help your body switch out of survival mode.

Here’s what that looks like 👇

🧠 Daily Nervous System Reset Quests
Short daily prompts that help you get out of your head and back into your body.
No hour-long routines. Just quick resets that work even when life’s chaotic.

💫 Monthly Tarot Readings
A bit of guidance for the month ahead.
Take what resonates, ignore what doesn’t. No mystical pressure.

🌿 The Monthly Dose
Each month we break down one supplement from The Strange Apothecary and explain what it does and why it works.
No confusing science words. Just real explanations your brain can understand.

🌀 Live Healing Circles (aka S**tshows)
Think group support, real conversations, and nervous system regulation happening together.

⚠️ The “OH S**T” Thread
Having a wobble?
Post in the thread and the community shows up. Support, grounding tools, reassurance.

Sometimes you just need someone to say
"You’re alright. Breathe."

🧚 The S**tshow Lounge
The community space where you can show up exactly as you are.
Messy. Magical. Tired. Winning. Struggling.

All of it’s welcome.

📰 The Regular’s Digest
A monthly deep dive into a nervous system topic without sounding like a boring textbook.

And the best bit?

Every month you’re a member, we plant a tree in our Ecologi forest. 🌍🌱

So while you’re regulating your nervous system…
you’re also helping the planet breathe a bit easier too.

All that for ÂŁ22 a month.

No fluff.
No pretending life’s perfect.

Just tools, support, and a community that gets it.

“My nervous system is allowed to take up space.”

Some of us grew up thinking we had to make ourselves smaller.

Don’t be dramatic.
Don’t make a fuss.
Don’t inconvenience anyone.

So you push through the pain, ignore the overwhelm, smile politely while your nervous system is internally screaming like a smoke alarm with a dying battery. 🔋🚨

But here’s the thing.

When you live with chronic pain, fatigue, hormone chaos, or a beautifully neurospicy brain, your nervous system is already working overtime just keeping the lights on. 🧠⚡

It’s managing pain signals, filtering noise, juggling sensory input, and trying its best to stop everything going into full meltdown mode.

That’s a full-time job.

So no, it’s not “being sensitive” when you need quiet, space, or a bit less chaos.

It’s called regulation. 🌿

And frankly, if the world finds that inconvenient, that sounds like a them problem, not a nervous system problem.

My nervous system is allowed to take up space.

It’s been carrying enough already.

💬 Transformation Tuesday: The Power of Not Doing Life Alone 💬

One thing people don’t always expect when they join the Sacred S**t Show Membership…

Is how much the community ends up meaning to them. ❤️

Because when life feels chaotic, stressful, or just plain overwhelming, the worst feeling is thinking you’re the only one struggling.

Inside the Sacred S**t Show, that changes pretty quickly.

It’s a space where people are:

🫶 Celebrating the small wins together
💬 Talking honestly about the hard days
🌿 Sharing what’s helping them feel better
🙌 Cheering each other on when things start improving

Some days someone will pop in and say
"I actually slept properly for the first time in months!" 😴

And the whole group celebrates with them. 🎉

Other days someone will say
"Today’s a bit of a rough one."

And straight away there are people replying with support, advice, or simply
"I get it. You’re not alone." 🤍

And honestly, sometimes the biggest comfort is just knowing:

There’s always someone there.

24/7. 🌙

People who understand what it’s like when your brain is busy, your body is tired, and life feels like a bit of a sacred s**t show.

No judgement.
No pressure.
Just real humans supporting each other through the ups and downs.

And that kind of community is something you don’t realise you need… until you have it.

👇 If you’d love a space like that, comment S**T SHOW and I’ll send you the details.
