Last night's medium night was a success! And I'd love to do more evenings like this...but I'm interested to know what everyone would like to see coming up from Solace??

I am really bad at feeling guilty when I rest. Normally I'm so busy, so when I do get chance to rest or put things on hold for a bit, I feel guilty.

But we need to remind ourselves these things are allowed.
