I've had a few messages about new clients so thought I'd answer on here to make it easier. At the minute I'm not able to take on anyone new due to reduced working hours with childcare, however...

As mentioned in my previous post, I can’t really take bookings too far in advance, however, if you would like to send over dates/times that are suitable for you in the future, you are more than welcome to and I will add you to my list. This way I can try my best to work days that are most suitable for my clients, and as soon as I know what dates I am working that week, I will message you straight away and get you booked in🤍

Hi everyone, just a quick update in regards to my return to work! Very last minute I know🤣 but I will be returning back to work this week! Bit of a long post as I do have a few changes in place:

I’m only going to be doing 2 days a week to start off with, and I will only be able to do day time appointments at the moment as I will need to be back in time for the evening for Aspen. I know this is inconvenient for anyone who usually has an evening or a weekend😫

I’ve also made the decision to stop doing acrylic for the moment. It’s takes me a lot longer to do acrylic than it does gel, and with me only doing 2 days, I just don’t really have the time at the minute😭 I will be looking to reintroduce this back in the future once I start doing more days again.

I won’t have set working days, it will differ week to week, and I won’t be able to book appointments that are too far in advance, as I do now have to base my working days around Luke’s work, and when I can get childcare. Again, I’m so sorry for the inconvenience but it’s just out of my control☹️

Lastly there will be a price increase from the 8th April in line with the National nail tech price increase day. The price list will be soon to follow!

I completely understand that this is probably inconvenient for a lot of people, and I am extremely sorry about it, but since having Aspen my life basically has to revolve around her🤣 Hopefully I manage to accommodate as many of you as possible, but for the clients I can’t, I completely appreciate if you need to go elsewhere, and I’d like to thank you all for being loyal clients for the past 3 years🫶🏽 I appreciate it so much and I hope I can see you again at some point in the future🙏🏼

📆 REMINDERS - I am going to be sending out reminders for everyone’s December appointments, can you please reply ASAP to confirm your appointment.

💅🏽 NAIL ART - Can you please try and inform me ASAP of roughly what nails you are wanting, whether it be plain or a design, to ensure that I have booked the right amount of time out for you. Any extravagant nail art will also be charged accordingly.

⚠️ POLICIES - I have attached a photo of my booking polices, please remind yourself of these. I know my regulars are aware of these policies, however I do tend to be quite lenient in terms of swapping appointments last minute etc, however as I am quite busy over this period, my policies will apply to everyone no matter the circumstance.

❌ RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATIONS - As mentioned I am usually lenient with cancellations/swapping appointments however due to being busy, there’s a chance I may not be able to accommodate you if you need to cancel or swap. The 24 and 48 hour cancellation/reschedule policy will stand for everyone.

💰 PAYMENTS - As usual, I don’t mind if you pay cash or transfer, however can payments please be made before leaving the salon as I don’t have time to be chasing anyone up. If you’re paying cash please try bring the correct amount as I don’t always have enough change.

🤰🏼MATERNITY LEAVE - My last working day will be the 22nd before I’m on maternity leave. I’m hoping to return around the last week of March but this will be confirmed closer to the time. For anyone still wanting there nails doing whilst I am off, thankfully Becky, Courtney and Lizzie have stepped in to help me and will try to accommodate everyone until I return🥰
