Business mind - strong mind !!

Working on more education soon to purchase with me , my website and online course portal will grow very soon too!

Dates fill up fast for services with me as well as course dates but I do put on as many as possible while running a very full diary ❤️

I opened the salon 3 years ago and I’m still in the building stage , unless someone has built a business from scratch you have no idea the effort it takes , so many times going without , making sacrifices, working everyday , dealing with drama stress hate , errors and learning to adapt to things .

The realisation I needed to learn more about business has led me to begin a business & marketing course which is helpline me to be more profitable , know my numbers inside and out , it assist me in being able to plan growth more accurately too.

Growing my socials is also another full time job so taking on social media assistant was essential as now I can relax knowing this will grow with less stress and accuracy.

This all from a normal working class girl from brinsworth with no degree, a million jobs I hated fast forward to now owning a 6 figure business soon to be two when my online learning portal of course grows further .

Building a team - this has yet to happen for various reasons most of which I know know who and what kind of person will fit in here as an employee so has I venture into new territory for example investing in a laser machine soon I hope to employ .

Those who are still growing still building , those who worry and get tired and down thinking it won’t work . Believe me it will you must do what others don’t and consistently work at it everyday more than you have ever tried at anything before and it will happen .

As I come up to my 6th Xmas run as an artist and business owner let’s see what 2027 brings ❤️❤️

Can’t believe I’ve received hate recently for these various reasons …

1. I do a copy of other peoples work I’m not original - can anyone call themselves original unless they invented what we all do today as a career?

2. I shoudnt educate my using skills others have taught me I’m just putting a new name on it - hold on so if I train at various places gathering information and knowledge to improve and spending my own money to educate so much better I can’t pass on things I’ve learned to students ? I can’t help change how students work so their work improves and their confidence grows wow ok!

3. I should tag those I train with and I don’t apparently tag products used - clearly haven’t looked as I do this regularly 😂

Unbelievable toxic behaviour, hating on those who have out everything into improving and now produce unreal work compared to how I did in my early days . All educators out there that are good have trained places and built up their wealth of skill to then be able to create courses or even develop a new style of working which others see and want to replicate. If you use their name or their titles yes that copying and wrong . But this I don’t do at all I never have

There’s a part of me wishes the attitudes of so many would change and pulling others down will not make you more successful or take away from@your own happiness. Stop being toxic !! Period
