60 mins Holistic Facial £30

The treatment will commence with a 5 minute relaxation concentrating on your breathing and clearing your mind. Then cleanse, exfoliate and tone using the Mediterranean-inspired Temple Spa products. Next, a Green Aventurine Gua Sha tool will be used to massage over the neck and face to improve circulation, remove any energy blockages and target any specific areas of concern. The Gua Sha element will help to improve the contours of the face and any areas of fine lines/wrinkles, giving a natural glow and radiance. A mask will be applied whilst you relax with a massage to the arms, shoulders and scalp. To finish moisturiser will be massaged in with a Rose Quartz roller after your mask has been removed.

Not only do you get a wonderful facial with this treatment and the physical effects of the massage tools, but also the healing qualities of the Rose Quartz and Green Aventurine crystals being used.

Rose Quartz's benefits include the release of emotional stress, relieves headaches and inspires love, especially self-love.

Green Aventurine benefits include- helps to reduce anxiety, re-balances the Heart Chakra, reduces inflammation and anti-aging.
