I hate to have to do this but i’ve had quite a few no-shows so from now on to secure your appointment, a £5 non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking. This fee will be taken away from your final treatment cost.
Cancellations with at least 24 hours notice are accepted.
Please note:
Any cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full treatment price.
No-shows will also be charged the full treatment price.
