I’m sat in my massage chair in the peace and quiet of my beautiful log cabin, taking some much-needed time to rest and recover.

As much as I love helping my clients feel their best, I’ve realised it’s important to listen to my own body too.

Being constantly on the go isn’t always the answer, and recovery requires patience, rest, and self-care—something I encourage all of my clients to prioritise as well.

Thank you to everyone for your understanding and support in cancelling all massage treatments. I’ll be back doing what I love as soon as I’m able. ❤️

Until then, I’m practising what I preach and allowing myself to slow down.

✨ An update for all my lovely clients ✨

Unfortunately, I’ve slipped a disc in my back 🥲🥲, which is why the pain has been unbearable.

The doctor has prescribed me some strong medication and is referring me to the Musculoskeletal team. Hopefully, from there, I’ll be able to have an X-ray 🙏

Due to this, I’m unable to carry out any massage treatments at the moment. It’s really upset me, as I hate letting my clients down, and as I’ve said before, I’m losing income too.

I am, however, still carrying out the following treatments:

🦶 Pedicures

Pete is helping me out, bless him, by moving my pedicure chair, sweeping up, and helping wherever he can. He’s a good egg 💙
