Stress has a sneaky way of creeping up on us sometimes ❤️

You carry on, keep going, get everything done… and meanwhile your shoulders are somewhere near your ears and your whole body is screaming “will you bloody stop for a minute!” 😂

Massage won’t make all of life’s stresses disappear, but it can give you a little space away from them.

An hour where you don’t have to do anything for anybody.

You get into bed absolutely exhausted and suddenly your brain decides it’s the perfect time to think about everything 😂

Sometimes you need more than sleep — you need a chance to properly slow down and switch off.

That’s your only job when you’re on my bed… get comfy, breathe and let yourself relax for a while. ❤️

And yes… snoring is absolutely allowed 🤣
Falling asleep means you’ve switched off, talking all the way through is fine, saying absolutely nothing is fine too… and yes, I’ll usually give you those extra five minutes before I make you move 😂❤️

There really are no rules on how you’re supposed to relax here.

You all know how much I love my job ❤️

And you’ll probably have noticed I’ve been changing little things around in my room lately, just trying to make Hidden Paradise even more relaxing, cosy and welcoming for you all.

I’ve also been quietly working away behind the scenes for the last couple of weeks getting lots of little things just how I wanted them.

My new business cards, gift vouchers and leaflets have all arrived and I absolutely love them 🥰

I wanted everything to feel like Hidden Paradise — warm, relaxed, welcoming and a little bit me xx no bats promise 🦇😊

There’s been lots of changing my mind, moving things around and probably far too much overthinking 😂 but seeing it all come together has made it worth it.
It’s so lovely seeing them finally become real. I hope you all like them too xx
