Important Notice Please Read

The past few weeks I have had a huge amount of no shows, last minute cancellations and last minute rescheduling. I also realise I am way too soft when it comes to taking no show and cancellation fees.

This is my only source of income and I have many business outgoings aswell as personal outgoings and can’t afford to be having weeks like this as it’s having a huge impact on myself and my business.

Id like to politely remind everyone of my policy which stands for all clients.

• All appointments will be done through message. There is no longer an online booking system.

• Cancel / reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment for no fee.

• No shows will require 100% of appointment cost. Last minute cancellations and last minute rescheduling will require 50% of appointment cost. You will be unable to book back in until the fee is paid.

• No children allowed in the salon unless booked in for a treatment.

• All payments must be made before you leave the salon.

• If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment it will be cancelled and a fee will apply.
