🤍 A little update regarding bookings

After a lot of thought, I’ve decided to bring back my online booking system and make a small but important change to how appointments are booked.

Going forward, ALL new appointments must be booked via my online booking link. 🤍

I’ve made this decision because the admin side of my business has been taking over far too much of my personal time. With appointments, cancellations, rescheduling and messages all coming through separately, it has become increasingly difficult to keep on top of everything — and unfortunately, some messages can be left for a few days before I’m able to get back to them.

I want to make sure I can give my clients the best experience possible whilst also creating a healthier boundary between work and my personal life.

✨ From now on:
• All new appointments must be booked via the online booking link
• Cancellations and rescheduling must also be done through the booking system
• Appointments already booked before this change will still stand as normal
• Please use the booking link rather than messaging me to find an appointment
• DMs/messages will now be for enquiries only

The booking system will show you my up-to-date availability, so you can choose the date and time that works best for you without having to wait for a reply. 🤍

Thank you so much for understanding and respecting this change. It will genuinely make such a difference to my work-life balance and allow me to focus my time and energy on you and your appointments when I’m at work. 🫶🏼
