Christmas work do x

Hi Everyone I just wanted to reintroduce myself as it’s been a while…

Im Emma and I’m the club owner here at New Day. I’m a mum to 4 children under 6 years old and I work the business with my husband who is my biggest supporter and works behind the scenes.

Like anyone, I also have to work on keeping consistent while maintaining a home life balance-which means I don’t often get time to think about myself.

After a Vacation to Tenerife, school holidays and a trip to Budapest I feel fluffy, bloated and a bit fatigued !!

My routine has been all over the place and I’ve eaten endless amounts of kids leftovers-not prioritising myself; and I can tell.

Why am I sharing this? Because I want to be honest and authentic and also to let you know that I’m only human and sometimes I struggle too, to stay on track and to keep focused. Especially with a very busy life and small children 🥳🥳🥳🥳

It’s time to get back to my own plan and I’m gonna smash it 💥

Oh and if i haven’t told you about my new skin care routine YET that’s game changing (I will be 😂)
